All competitions may take place between:
April 1, 2007 and September 15, 2007.
Canadian golf clubs, private or public, are invited to hold an International Pairs qualifying event. The winning pair for each event will advance to the 2007 Canadian Final to be held at the new John Daly Signature Course Thundering Waters September 2007.
The competition may be run at the club in any format and over any period of time to achieve the minimum number of pairs required for automatic qualification (25 pairs).
Events can be run to incorporate any format of golf – they can be run as a separate event or attached to an existing event.There are four different events you can run: a men's event, ladies' event, a mixed event or a combination event.
Men's handicap maximum 24
Ladies handicap maximum 32
At the Canadian Final 75% of the handicap is used.
Each pair that qualifies for the Canadian Final will receive: one night accommodation, airfare via Westjet Airlines where applicable, a welcome reception, and the competition round of golf.
All for a one-time entry fee of $30 per person plus GST
